I-95 South to the Bruckner Expressway. Follow signs for the Triboro Bridge. Cross the Bridge taking the first right exit towards Manhattan. Pay toll and follow signs for the FDR Drive South. Exit the FDR Drive at 59th Street exit and continue straight. Make a left on 2nd Avenue traveling south.

From Holland Tunnel, Newark Airport, Philadelphia, Washington DC and Southern Points
The New Jersey Turnpike extension, I-78 or US 1&9 North will bring you to the Holland Tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel get immediately to the right lane.
