New package from Apple Core Hotels, available July 1 – 31, 2007, offers guests a 1 hour Central Park boat rental, lunch at the Central Park Restaurant’s Express Café and complimentary breakfast for $179.99 a night.

This summer, Apple Core Hotels, a group of five centrally-located midtown Manhattan properties, invites guests to lazily row a boat across Central Park’s 22-acre lake and enjoy a perfect summer lunch while taking in the famous park’s beauty and charm with the “Row a Boat” package. The promotion is available from July 1 – 31, 2007 for $179.99 per night, exclusive of tax and based on availability. Additionally, children under 13 stay free when sharing their parents' room.

1 hour boat rental for up to 4 guests in Central Park*
Hot dog/French fries/soda combo for two at the Express Café at Central Park’s Boathouse Restaurant

*Boat rentals are available from 10:00 a.m. till dusk (please call number for boathouse listed below to confirm exact times before you go there). Boats can be rented at Loeb Boathouse which is located in the Northeast corner of the Lake between 74th and 75th Streets. While the 1st hour costs $12 and will be refunded to the guest as per hotel procedures, guest will be charged $2.50 for each additional ¼ hour portion thereof and this amount will not be refunded by the hotel (see terms and conditions). Terms and conditions:
The first hour of the boat rental costs $12 and guest must present receipt to the hotel front desk to receive credit of $12 on their credit card on file. Any additional charges thereafter must be paid for by the guest. Guests must purchase the Hot dog/French fries/soda combo for two at the Express Café at Central Parks Boathouse Restaurant themselves (maximum value is $6 ; tax and tips are not included in the package price) and present receipts to the front desk to receive credit of $6 to their credit card on file. Total value that will be refunded to guests by the hotel is $18 (i.e. $12 for boat rental and $6 for hot dog/French fries/soda combo). Receipts cannot be exchanged for cash. Offer is non-transferable. All credits will be applied to the credit card on file. Only 1 combo for two at a maximum value of $6 and 1 hour of boat ride at maximum value of $12 is included in each package. Offer valid from July 1, 2007 to July 31, 2007 only.
