In addition, Business travelers coming to Apple Core Hotels may use a company credit card, but our hotels will only accept company cards on which both your name and the company's name appear. If a card meeting this requirement is not available, please complete and submit one of the forms linked below prior to your arrival.
A: Apple Core Hotel properties are accessible for guests. We strive to maintain and improve the condition of our hotel properties and website to meet ADA compliance. The Hotel at Times Square and The Hotel at New York City meet the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 Spec.
A: Apple Core Hotels takes group reservations and offers special pricing. If you wish to arrange for an early check-in or late check-out, please be advised that there is an additional cost involved. Alert the Front Desk staff at the beginning of, or during, your stay to arrange this. Additionally, you may store your luggage with our Bell Staff should you arrive early, in advance of our 3:00PM check-in, or plan to spend time in the city following your Noon check-out. For safety and security reasons, our hotels are unable to store luggage overnight.
A: Cancellation policies vary by rate plan and arrival date. Depending upon the cancellation policy associated with your booking, you may be able to cancel your reservation prior to your date of arrival. If you do not cancel within the window allowed, the card provided at the time of booking will be charged for one night's stay (room charges + tax). Please note: Advance Pay reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

A: The deposit requirement upon check-in is $25.00 per room, per night if you are paying with a credit or debit card, and the card must be registered under the name of the guest arriving. The hotel accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club.
The deposit may be paid in cash at a rate of $100.00 per room, per stay.
This deposit is for incidentals and damages (i.e. in-room movie rentals, international calls), and the deposit will be refunded upon checkout if no charges are incurred.
A: All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Depending upon the cancellation policy associated with your reservation, the hotel will check the card's validity prior to your date of arrival by taking an approval for the first night (room charge + taxes). If your card is unable to be validated, the reservation will be canceled with no guarantee of a room upon arrival.
Guests may change their method of payment upon arrival, at check-in.

A: Our hotels charge a daily Facilities Surcharge of $25.00 + 14.75% tax, or $28.69USD, per room, per night.
This is a mandatory, comprehensive daily fee for facility use and amenities bundle, including premium Wi-Fi for up to 6 streaming devices per room during your stay, access to full-service off-site gym (when staying at The Hotel @ New York City) and 24-hour on-site fitness center (when staying at The Hotel @ Times Square), unlimited local & domestic long-distance calls and messaging, 24-hour use of business center, and daily newspaper.
A: The hotel will accept packages for you DURING your stay, but NOT before or after. All packages must be sent to the attention of the person whose name the reservation is under. Any packages delivered before or after your stay will be not be accepted and marked "return to sender." There is no fee for accepting packages during your stay. We ask that you kindly inform your courier service of your arrival and departure dates.
As an alternative, guests have used postal service pick-up locations like USPS or FedEx, or Amazon Lockers (for delivery of Amazon purchases to secure locations throughout New York City). Should you choose to use any of these services, please make sure you have read and understand each company's terms of service, as Apple Core Hotels is not responsible for any problems arising from their use.
A: Included in the daily Facilities Surcharge, the hotel offers high-speed wireless internet for up to six devices in all guest rooms and public spaces during your stay. Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, we also offer business centers and copy and printing services. These are included in the Facilities Surcharge.
A: Guests of Apple Core Hotels enjoy reduced-rate parking at off-site garages near each hotel. In order to receive a reduced rate, you must park at the designated garage, then present your ticket from the garage to the Front Desk, who will validate it. This ensures that you will receive the reduced rate upon leaving the garage. Please check each individual hotel's page on this site for more information about the specific participating garages that will honor our discount.
Please note: Parking spaces are subject to availability, and pricing is subject to change at the discretion of the facilities' operators.
A: New York City is served by three major airports and three smaller suburban airports. LaGuardia (LGA) is the closest to Midtown and Times Square but is mostly a domestic airport, with some flights to and from Canada. It has the least convenient mass transit connections, but metered taxis are readily available and relatively cheap. John F. Kennedy International (JFK) is New York's largest airport and the top for international flights, but it is a bit further away from Manhattan than LGA and the traffic is often heavy and unpredictable. Newark-Liberty International (EWR) in New Jersey is the closest to lower Manhattan and does offer International flights. Flying through Newark can be cheaper, but you'll pay more for car services, taxi and Uber.
A: While our hotels do not provide courtesy transportation, there are plenty of options to get into Manhattan! Based on the number of travelers in your party, we invite you to choose the best option to suit your needs.
A Super Shuttle from the airport costs approximately $25.00-$40.00 per person, and drops you off right at your destination. No reservations are required from the airport to your destination, but they are required for your return trip.
