  • A: Apple Core Hotel properties are accessible for guests. We strive to maintain and improve the condition of our hotel properties and website to meet ADA compliance. The Hotel at Times Square, The Hotel at New York City, and The Hotel at Fifth Avenue meet the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 Spec. The Broadway at Times Square Hotel was renovated prior to 1990 and is not fully compliant with all accessible adaptations.
    The Broadway at Times Square Hotel is committed to renovating to meet the ADA Spec of 1990. While we are in the process of complying, please contact the hotel directly for information regarding accessibility.
  • A: Check-in is at 3PM EST. Check-out is at 12 Noon. If you wish to have a late checkout, there is cost involved, so please check in with the Front Desk staff at the beginning or during your stay. Additionally, you can store your luggage with the Bell Staff before or after your stay. For safety and security reasons, our hotels are unable to store luggage overnight.
  • A:

    You may store your luggage at the front desk if you arrive before the 3:00PM check-in time. Leave your bags with Apple Core Hotels and go explore the neighborhood for a few hours before you check-in.

    Likewise, the staff can hold the luggage at the 12:00PM noon check-out for the rest of the afternoon.

    Please note that overnight luggage storage is not available at any of our hotels. 
  • A: Two people maximum may stay in a room with a Queen or King sized bed at all of our Apple Core Hotels. 
     
    Four people may stay in any room with two beds. 
     
    If you have a large group, Apple Core Hotels can arrange accommodations with special pricing for more than 4 rooms.
  • A: Our Apple Core Hotels do not have an option for an extra or roll-away bed. 
  • A: The hotel has a daily Facilities Surcharge of $18 plus 8.875% tax, or $19.60USD daily. This is a mandatory daily fee for facility use and amenities bundle, inclusive of continental breakfast, premium Wi-Fi for up to six streaming devices per room during your stay, unlimited local and domestic long-distance telephone calls and messaging, and, where applicable, 24-hour use of business and fitness centers.
  • A:

    Apple Core Hotels offer both smoking and non-smoking rooms at The Hotel at Times Square, which is available upon request. The Hotel at New York City is smoke-free.

    You may also walk outside to the street to smoke. New York City's Smoke-Free Act of 2002 prohibits smoking in bars, restaurants, office building, parks, and public areas.

  • A: You can order food to have delivered to the hotel. You will have to come down to the lobby to meet your delivery person, as we don't allow non-guests up on the floors.
  • A: The hotel will accept packages for guests DURING your stay, but NOT before or after. All packages must be registered in the same name as that of the reservation. Any packages arriving before or after your stay will be not be accepted and marked "return to sender." There is no fee for accepting packages during your stay. Kindly inform your courier service of your date of arrival and departure.
    As an alternative, guests have used postal service pick-up locations like USPS or FedEx, or Amazon Lockers (for delivery of Amazon purchases to secure Amazon lockers throughout New York City). If you choose to use any of those services, please make sure you have read and understand each company's terms of service, as Apple Core Hotels is not responsible for any problems arising from the use of that service.
