A: Apple Core Hotels takes group reservations and offers special pricing. To personally reserve more than 4 rooms for your group, contact our Groups Coordinator at 800.567.7720 (within U.S.A.) or +1 212.790.2742 (international), or send your inquiry to Group.Reservations@applecorehotels.com. A seasoned member of our sales team will promptly get back to you to help fill your request for group accommodations.
A: Our cancellation policy applies to all Apple Core Hotels. If you have made your reservation on our website, please click on the Find My Reservations tab and enter your reservation details. Or if you have booked by calling the hotel, please call the hotel to cancel.
You may cancel your upcoming reservation before 3PM EST at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date. If you do not cancel by this time, the card provided at the time of reserving, will be charged for a one night's stay (room charges + tax). To modify the reservation, call our Reservations Department 800.567.7720. Note: Advance Pay reservations are non-refundable.
If you have made your reservation with an online travel agent or third party, please contact them for information on canceling your reservation.
A: The deposit requirement upon check-in is $25 per night if paid with credit or debit card - the card must be registered under the name of the guest arriving. The hotel accepts MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, American Express, and Visa. Or it can be paid with cash for $100 per night. This is for incidentals (pay per view movies, international calls, etc.) and the deposit will be refunded upon checkout if no charges are incurred.
A: All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will check the card's validity up to 48 hours prior to the date of arrival by taking an approval for the first night (room charge + taxes). If your card is unable to be validated, the reservation will be canceled with no guarantee of a room upon arrival.
Guests can change mode of payment on check-in to cash if they wish.
Business travelers coming to Apple Core Hotels may use a company credit card, however, our hotels will only recognize company cards on which your name and the company's name are present and visible.
If you booked directly with the hotel online or by phone, click "Find My Reservation" at the top of our website. Enter your confirmation number and email address used to book. You can then view and modify your reservation.
